I sometimes travel around a bit, and one hobby of mine is going to new cafés. I’ve sometimes had trouble finding decent reviews of coffee joints, so I decided I would start compiling my own reviews. My coffee background includes being a barista for about six years, the last year and a half of which were managing a shop. Since then I’ve gotten myself a Silvia and a Rocky for home use, and am planning on moving into home roasting within the next year.
There are a bunch of reviews I’ve migrated to this new blog format from my old crusty html front, and I dated them all October 31, just for the hell of it.
